Every part of us speaks and tells our story.  A performer hones and polishes every part.  That's what we do in class.  In stories and scenes there's always a beginning, a middle, and an end. The same is true for every movement that a performer makes. There's also always a rhythm, and a trajectory. Class is a time for the study of these things. There's movement, then stillness, sound and then silence.  This is a disciplined practice.  Mask work and improvisation included.  The Movement for Health and Centering syllabus informs this class.
