Heartwood in the Hills is offering FREE classes for children and teens for the Spring 2008 Program. We urge parents and guardians to take advantage of this opportunity to
enroll your child for FREE at Heartwood now. Heartwood is a non-profit school for the arts located off Route 16 just north of Grantsville, W.Va. on Lovada (Broomstick)Road.
It is the mission of Heartwood to provide arts opportunities for everyone regardless of their ability to pay. Heartwood is able to offer FREE classes this Spring as part of
a project supported by Grant No. 2006-JL-FX-0325 awarded to Heartwood by the Office ofJuvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Office of Justice Programs,U.S.Department

SCHOOL POLICIES Payment policies Instructional Support days - Spring Break Heartwood will be closed for Spring Break from April 5 - 11, 2008. We will hold classes on Instructional Support Days. Martin Foundation, Calhoun Banks, dominion resources Services Inc., Grant No. 2006-JL-FX-9325 awarded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Office Programs, U.S. Dept. of Justice and the generosity of inidividual donors. General Information The regular class program consists of two twelve-week sessions, in the spring and the fall. At least twelve different classes are offered each session, in dance, movement for health, exercise for seniors, anatomy study, theatre, music, conservation education, and the visual arts. Typically 40 students enroll in about 80 class slots each program |
